Review of Ibis Budget HotelDuring my recent stay at Ibis Budget, I was struck by its commendable value proposition in the heart of the city. The location is indeed convenient, being a mere five-minute walk from the old town, perfect for exploring the Christmas Market and indulging in local cuisine. The discounted parking, available beneath the hotel for just €9, is another practical perk that adds to its appeal. The check-in process was seamless, and while the basic rooms featured essential amenities such as a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds, cleanliness emerged as a significant concern. I encountered stained curtains and walls that detracted from an otherwise well-thought-out room layout. The excellent shower pressure was a highlight, but the state of the bathroom facilities did not reflect the expected standards from the Ibis brand. For under €50 a night, Ibis Budget offers considerable value, but potential guests should be prepared to compromise on cleanliness. If a focus on budget rather than luxury fits your travel needs, this hotel may serve as a suitable base, albeit with some reservations regarding its upkeep.
